Ownership Change
It
is with great enthusiasm that we are announcing a new chapter in the growth
of Hawk Technology Ltd in many different ways, while improving the superior
service and quality you are accustomed to.
Hawk
Technology Ltd will now offer Weld Engineering support with multiple years
of experience within the robotic integration and manufacturing
environment. To help
facilitate the current and future customer base, Hawk Technology Ltd will
now offer full robotic integration with in-house support and will be moving
into helping with production part manufacturing.
Effective February 2007, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Thomas
have elected to transfer their ownership over to Mr. and Mrs. Joshua
Clare. Harold and Carolyn have
built a truly world class business in Hawk Technology Ltd and have
developed many outstanding customer relationships by providing industry
leading technology and customer support. Harold and Carolyn will continue working within the
operation during a multi year transition period.
Josh
and Patty Clare bring new enthusiasm and corporate experience that include
extensive Weld and Manufacturing Engineering along with strong finance and
accounting solutions.
Josh
has worked at multiple plant locations in many different manufacturing and
management positions that include Weld Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, Maintenance Manager, and Product Development Process Team
Leader over the past several years.
This experience will suit him well to grow Hawk Technology Ltd into
the future by providing many new services to the industry. With his tenure at John Deere &
Co, he has worked in union, non-union, domestic and international
environments, which gives him an in-depth knowledge of a diverse workforce.
Patty
has served as Accounts Payable Specialist, Senior Finance Administrator,
and Collections Specialist over the past several years at John Deere &
Co., Comerica Bank, and Building Material Supply, Inc. Patty’s domestic and international
corporate experience will enable her to make significant contributions to
growth of Hawk Technology Ltd.
