Patrick J. Costello, Maquoketa, Iowa

December 1995, Hawk Technology Ltd. commissioned artist Patrick J. Costello to create a portrait of the Red Tailed Hawk that represents our corporate logo. Further, with our corporate commitment to promote education, Hawk Technology Ltd. needed an avenue to promote this philosophy. To accomplish this task, Hawk Technology Ltd. reproduced the original painting in a very limited production and is donating them to engineering societies for promotional sales. The reproduction was limited to a quantity of 20 and each print has been signed and numbered by the artist. To date the project has raised several thousand dollars for engineering education. Societies benefiting from this to date include the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the Quad City Engineering and Science Council. It is our wish to continue this program and to help our community with continual education.
